Education in chile

Education in chile on this days can be very criticised because only a tiny part of students has the oportunity to get a good education with quality , the most of students has to go to public schools that are not good and do not prepare the student has we should. This is in great part guilt of the government that has not spend the money in public school how it should be. In the chilean education are a lot of cases of  people that has used the education to make more money for themselves, some times the same town where is this public school, this is one of the first factors that makes that the public education do not develop.Looking this same problem in college is not so different from schools, there are a lot of cases of corruption where de money do not arrive to his destiny. The means are not well spread to all colleges, some private college recibe more money than public college so the private education many time has a lot of advantage over public education. One of the tings that we have to change if we want o  have good education is to destiny all the means that we can to education, and secure a good education to all student and not conform with what we have today another change that have to be done is give priority to public education and not to private because private education has more means to make eduation better. Only when we see the real importance of education there is going to be a real change, meanwhile there is no other option for people that fight for their rights at the same time that they fight for live in a country with a lot of inequity

Tales of passion

The talk of Isabel Allende is a big inspiration for al woman in the world to fight for their rigths, she tells the story of woman that had to live very dificult moments and in all the stories are caused by other people. People that think that some persons are more important than others and take advantaje of the power to cause a lot of pain. Sexism in Chile is not that bad like the stories of Isabel Allende but we can see sexism every day in diferent situations, like in the diference of salary betwen men and woman, or the way that society look a woman when she want to do something that only men are used to do. In a lot of ways we can sees this kind of behavior but depends on us the way that society look to their integrantes. we can change this kind of behavior discrimination teaching children that we are all iguales and we all have the same rights, the condition of person does not change by the skin color or your sex. some people can't accept each other and accept that everyone has difference, at the end, the difference betwen us is what make us interesting. Maybe in a not very far future the rights betwen men a woman are going to be equal and we will not have to be listening the ways that people suffer in many diferent ways, every persons should have the same oportunities in life, is hard to make it, but we all live in this world and the selfish way to live is no good for anybody. women should have equal rights and the people that suffer for discrimination in diferent ways should receive help to because discrimination can be very painful and can be present in every place in diferent ways.

What's you need to be an Architect?

My first month at FAU

I decided to study architecture because the career really took my attention, I wasn’t really sure about what do I want to do, in fact, I was between a lot of options, like vet, gastronomy, psychology or design. But I finally choose architecture for the point of view that you can give to your creations, it a very interesting way of show your ideas and make something that maybe will perish upon the time.

The first month at FAU has been really good, I meet a lot of people and the class often motivate me to keep in the career, well, maybe just some of them. I like FAU because is a free space for all people, with different opinions, likes and points of view. Some class are difficult and they often send a lot of work for home so that implies to spend a lot of time of the week or the weekend working, but it’s not so overwhelming because there is a lot of manual work in it and not have to spend much time in front of a book memorizing words. Manual work is fun but it can be very exhausting because sometimes you have to made a model three or four times and that implies spend a lot of time, money and energy soy at the end of the day the only thing that you wish is to stay in your bed resting to start again the next day.

In spite of all things that we have to do I have spent a very god month that has been very exhausting but also very fun in all ways, I hope it’s a good year for everyone and we can keep a rhythm of work to can complement college with our lives and not let any of them sideways.

My holidays

I spend almost all my vacations at Pichilemu working and living with friends in a house. I had to travel a lot to go to my house at San Fernando, at least it was not so far from Pichilemu. I made a lot of friends there, people that I steel see here in Santiago so it was a very good experience and I expect to do it again next summer. The time that I didn’t spend at Pichilemu I was at home helping my mom to take care of my little brother who is still a baby or I was at Santiago looking for a place to live this year. I was lucky to find a very good place before everything was full. At the end of my vacations I went to the south with my family an entire week, we went with my uncle, my aunt and their children, we could see a lot of things like the mapuche culture or the way that people live in south. I hope that we can go this year too or travel to another place to meet new places and culture. The best part of the summer was to can travel with my family because is not something that we do frequently, it was usseful to get better relations between us and trust more on eachothers.
